I was invited for a blogger review on CSL’s latest mobile phone DS700 last Saturday at Concourse Area, Queensbay Mall. Being a tech enthusiast, I went for it to see what they had to offer. As everybody known, CSL is a group of companies which engage in mobile phones, mobile devices, and notebook businesses in Malaysia as well as abroad nowadays. Currently, it produces one hot mobile phone product which is CSL DS700 and come with 3 colors - Red Optimus Prime, Yellow Bumblebee and Grey Megatron.
For those who are carrying two phones at the same time then now it would be good opportunity for you to carry one mobile phone that has two SIM cards. In addition, it’s ideal during roaming so that you won’t have to carry 2 phones to travel in which you can disable the SIM that you are not using from the phone menu. With this option, I’ve been seriously thinking about buying a new mobile phone also.
According to the sales promoter, the FM Radio is designed in such as way where you don’t need to use headphone to listen to the radio. Besides that, you can also play the songs in MP3 format or play the video in MP4 format. I have tested the sound and found that the sound output sounded strong and clear.
This CSL mobile phone was selling at a promotional price of RM299 with 1-year warranty, rather than its retail price of RM499. The price is actually convincing enough and you can have a good deal on hand.

The Thing That I Like Most About CSL DS700
• The phone comes with a nice and simple design.
• The buttons designed in a comfortable manner for people with big hands and a screen 2.4″ QVGA is good to have big font view. This kind of phone seems good enough for beginners and senior citizens.
• It supports multi-language such as Chinese, English and Malay languages.
• The speakers were of fine quality and loud enough especially when switching on and shutting down the phone.
• It also has an FM radio if you get bored with songs saved on your internal memory and microSD/T-Flash card.
